STRATAGEM is an original and very tidily presented 2 owner STRATUS 927 Sloop launched in 1984.
Designed as a racer/cruiser by Alan Warwick and strongly built in Kahikatea glassed by Brent Saunders of the iconic Saunders boat building family, she has raced at Mana all of her life.
Winner of the Relling cup several times, she is well proven as a fast cruiser with steel fin keel and lead bulb. 
Powered by a lightweight alum Drofin 14hp with 2 blade folding prop, she will cruise at 4-5 knots.
Good volume with 5 berths, man flush head & hand basin and plenty of storage. Tidy galley with gimballed 2 bnr gas stove/grill/oven, good sized sink with handpump cold water and good cupboards and shelving.
Re-rigged 2007 & new ropes 2012, there is a comprehensive sail wardrobe consisting of :
•    Main sails, 1x #1 and 2 x #3
•    2 x spinnakers, large and small
•    1 x storm jib (unused)
•    1 x staysail
